Senior Director, Global Pricing and Access (V&A) Alzheimer’s Disease

Biogen seeks a Full Time Senior Director, Global Pricing and Access (V&A) for Alzheimer's Disease in Cambridge, Middlesex County. Lead strategic initiatives in global pricing and market access for our Alzheimer's disease portfolio, shaping patient access and commercial success for innovative therapies.

About the Role

In this senior leadership position, you'll oversee the development and execution of comprehensive pricing and market access strategies supporting Biogen's Alzheimer's disease pipeline from development through global launch and beyond. You'll partner across clinical, medical, commercial, and regulatory functions to align value evidence with business objectives and ensure patients worldwide can access our therapies.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute global pricing strategies that reflect market dynamics, regulatory requirements, and patient access needs
• Lead market access and reimbursement initiatives to secure favorable positioning with payers and health systems
• Partner with development and medical teams to build health economics evidence that demonstrates clinical and economic value
• Direct relationships with key payers, health authorities, and government organizations across major markets
• Build and lead a team of pricing and market access specialists
• Analyze competitive intelligence and market trends to inform pricing and access strategy
• Align pricing and access strategy with product development timelines and commercial launch plans

What We're Looking For

• 15+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience in pricing, market access, health economics, or commercial leadership
• Demonstrated success building and executing global pricing strategies for specialty or innovative therapies
• Deep knowledge of Alzheimer's disease, CNS markets, and reimbursement landscapes in major geographies
• Experience managing complex pricing and access regulations across international markets
• Excellent strategic planning, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership capabilities
• MBA or advanced degree in health economics, health policy, or related field preferred
