TURBOCAM International is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician I/II to join our team in Barrington, Strafford County, New Hampshire. This full-time position on the 1st shift offers you the opportunity to maintain and support facilities operations across our New Hampshire locations.
About the Role
As a Facilities Maintenance Technician, you'll be responsible for keeping TURBOCAM's properties clean, safe, and well-maintained. Working the 1st shift, you'll collaborate with the Facilities Maintenance Lead/Supervisor to execute daily grounds upkeep, seasonal maintenance, and facility support tasks that keep our operations running smoothly.
What You'll Do
- Maintain grounds cleanliness and organization at TURBOCAM facilities throughout New Hampshire
- Execute snow removal and seasonal weather-related maintenance
- Remove fallen tree limbs, branches, and debris from property areas
- Assist with landscaping activities including planting and pruning
- Support the Facilities Maintenance Lead/Supervisor with assigned maintenance projects and duties
- Address facility maintenance requests and complete work efficiently and safely
What We're Looking For
- Hands-on experience in facilities maintenance, grounds keeping, or comparable field work
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively under supervisor guidance
- Physical capability to perform outdoor work in all weather conditions
- Dependable and available for 1st shift hours in Barrington
- Safety-conscious approach with strong attention to detail
- Familiarity with landscaping equipment and seasonal maintenance a plus
