The Opportunity
Argyll Scott is seeking a seasoned Operations leader to oversee its regional operations across Asia Pacific and the Middle East. Reporting to a Global Operations leader, you will define and execute the regional strategy, establish key priorities, and drive continuous improvement across a diverse country footprint to deliver efficient workplace and core services.
What You'll Do
You will:
- Define and implement regional operational strategies that align with global objectives
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for the region, monitor progress, and drive continuous improvement
- Leverage data to inform decision-making processes and enhance operational efficiency
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of strategic initiatives
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the region
- Identify and implement process improvements that optimize operations and reduce costs
Qualifications
We are seeking an individual who:
- Has a minimum of 10 years of experience in regional or global operations management, with at least 5 years in leadership roles
- Is familiar with the operational landscape across Asia Pacific and the Middle East
- Has strong strategic thinking skills and the ability to drive change in a complex environment
- Exhibits excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing cross-functional teams
- Holds a bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred
