Position Summary
The Change Management Specialist is a pivotal role within the new Finance Transformation Office (FTO) team that reports to the Director, Finance Transformation. This position focuses on managing the impact of change on people while the FT Project Manager oversees timelines and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions for employees during organizational changes.
- Analyze business needs and develop strategies to support the modernization efforts in finance operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their perspectives and address concerns related to change.
- Create and deliver training programs to equip staff with necessary skills and knowledge to adapt to new processes and systems.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of change management strategies through feedback mechanisms and data analysis.
What You Bring
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in change management, preferably within a finance or transformation context.
