About the Role
Oracle Health Government Services partners with government agencies and healthcare providers to implement and optimize electronic health records systems. As a Change Management and Training Consultant, you'll lead the human side of these transformations, ensuring clinicians, administrative staff, and operations teams adopt new workflows and technology effectively.
What You'll Do
- Direct change management strategies and adoption initiatives for Oracle Health EHR implementations across client organizations
- Develop and deliver instructor-led and self-paced training programs tailored to diverse user audiences
- Create communication and stakeholder engagement plans to minimize resistance and accelerate user proficiency
- Manage program milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation to meet scope, timeline, and budget targets
- Assess organizational readiness and customize adoption approaches based on client needs and clinical workflows
- Capture and document lessons learned to strengthen future implementations and consulting approaches
What We're Looking For
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Health EHR or comparable electronic health record systems
- Proven track record leading change management in enterprise healthcare or government IT implementations
- Strong skills in instructional design and adult learning methodologies
- Experience managing complex programs with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Working knowledge of clinical workflows and healthcare operations
- Ability to navigate government contracting and regulated healthcare environments
