About the Role
As an A&P Technician, you'll perform hands-on maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work on aircraft systems. You'll work directly on airframes and powerplants, ensuring every aircraft meets stringent safety and performance standards. This role combines technical expertise with problem-solving as you contribute to operations that keep aircraft operating safely and reliably.
What You'll Do
- Conduct aircraft inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting on airframes and powerplant components
- Perform repair and overhaul work using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments
- Document all maintenance activities and test results in compliance with FAA regulations and company protocols
- Identify and resolve mechanical and structural issues with attention to safety and quality
- Collaborate with team members to complete maintenance schedules and meet operational timelines
What We're Looking For
- Valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certification
- Demonstrated experience in aircraft maintenance, repair, or manufacturing environments
- Strong technical knowledge of aircraft systems and components
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and maintenance manuals
