This full-time role leads transformational people initiatives across multiple regions, managing M&A workforce integrations and organizational change with precision and strategic leadership.

About This Position

As a Global People Leader Project Manager at RGP, you'll own enterprise-scale HR transformation projects that shape how organizations attract, retain, and develop talent. This role sits at the intersection of human resources strategy and organizational change, requiring someone who can navigate complex mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring with both strategic vision and practical execution. You'll work directly with leadership teams across geographies to embed change adoption and ensure people initiatives drive measurable business outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end M&A workforce integrations, including organizational design and alignment of talent strategies post-acquisition
• Lead global HR projects spanning multiple regions, coordinating strategy execution and change adoption across distributed teams
• Design and implement organizational change management strategies that minimize disruption and maximize stakeholder engagement and buy-in
• Develop talent acquisition, retention, and organizational design strategies aligned with evolving business needs and integration goals
• Partner with executive leadership to define HR roadmaps and organizational structures that support growth and long-term transformation
• Build and lead cross-functional project teams to deliver complex, multi-phase HR transformation initiatives on timeline and on budget

Who We're Looking For

• Proven track record managing large-scale organizational change, M&A integrations, or complex HR transformations
• Deep expertise in organizational design, talent strategy, and change management frameworks and methodologies
• Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to lead matrixed teams across time zones and cultures
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities, capable of influencing senior leadership and driving alignment
• Strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution capability, attention to detail, and ability to manage ambiguity
• Experience leading HR initiatives in global, multinational, or matrix organizational structures
