About the Role
This is a full-time position where you'll gain practical experience in the roofing trade while supporting our project teams. Whether you're new to the industry or looking to formalize your roofing skills, we provide comprehensive training for candidates who demonstrate strong work ethic and commitment to safety.
What You'll Do
- Prepare work sites, including staging materials, safety equipment, and tools for roofing projects
- Assist with roof installation, repairs, and replacements under the direction of experienced crew leaders
- Handle and organize roofing materials such as shingles, underlayment, flashing, and fasteners
- Operate hand tools and basic power equipment as directed and trained
- Maintain clean and organized work areas to ensure safety and efficiency
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines, including proper use of fall protection and personal protective equipment
- Support team coordination and communication on residential and commercial roofing projects
