About the Role

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with Headway, you'll deliver evidence-based therapy to individuals, couples, and families while maintaining your own practice independence. You'll work within your scope of practice and clinical expertise, supported by Headway's technology infrastructure to streamline administrative work.

What You'll Do

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions with clients seeking support for relationship challenges, life transitions, trauma, and mental health concerns
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans aligned with each client's goals
• Maintain detailed, compliant clinical documentation
• Collaborate with other providers and referral sources as clinically indicated
• Stay current with clinical best practices and continuing education requirements

What We're Looking For

• Valid Idaho state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Strong clinical skills in individual, couples, and family therapy modalities
• Experience or willingness to work with insurance-covered clients
• Commitment to maintaining professional boundaries and ethical standards
• Comfort using digital tools and platforms to manage client care and administrative tasks
• Ability to work independently while accessing support resources when needed
