About the Role
Headway connects licensed mental health therapists with clients seeking quality care. As a therapist on our platform, you'll deliver mental health services through telehealth, in-person sessions, or a hybrid approach—all while maintaining complete control over your schedule and client load. You'll have the opportunity to grow your practice and increase your earnings without managing the complexities of insurance claims.
What You'll Do
- Provide individual therapy and counseling to clients via secure virtual platforms, in-person sessions, or both
- Manage your own schedule and availability to meet your professional and personal needs
- Build and expand your client base within the Fresno community
- Maintain clinical documentation and client records in compliance with state and federal regulations
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs and goals
What We're Looking For
- Current active state license in California as a mental health therapist
- Strong clinical skills and a commitment to evidence-based, client-centered care
- Comfortable using telehealth technology and virtual practice platforms
- Professional liability insurance (required to practice through Headway)
Compensation & Schedule
Earn up to $117 per hour with reliable, predictable income paid every two weeks. You set your own hours and control your availability, creating the work-life balance that works best for you.
