About the Role
This full-time Licensed Mental Health Therapist position places you at the heart of our Topeka practice, where you'll deliver high-quality mental health services to clients seeking support. You'll work as part of a collaborative team committed to accessible, evidence-based care while earning up to $110.17 per hour.
What You'll Do
- Provide individual psychotherapy to clients with diverse mental health needs
- Conduct thorough clinical assessments and develop personalized treatment strategies
- Document sessions and maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with regulatory standards
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure coordinated and comprehensive client care
- Monitor client progress and adjust therapeutic approaches based on measurable outcomes
- Pursue ongoing professional development through training and clinical supervision opportunities
What We're Looking For
- Active, unrestricted mental health therapy license (LMHT, LMHC, or equivalent Kansas credential)
- Proven experience delivering individual therapy across diverse client populations
- Strong clinical skills and ability to apply evidence-based therapeutic modalities
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Genuine commitment to supporting mental health and client wellbeing
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment while maintaining clinical autonomy
