As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Headway, you'll deliver therapy to clients through our free platform that simplifies insurance billing and practice management. You'll set your own rates up to $110.91/hour, manage your schedule, and build your client base with support from our administrative tools. Focus on clinical work while Headway handles the business complexity.
What You'll Do
- Conduct individual psychotherapy sessions with diverse clients
- Manage your client caseload and treatment planning through the platform
- Process insurance claims and billing independently
- Maintain clinical documentation and records
- Develop and execute personalized treatment plans
- Set your own rates and availability schedule
What We're Looking For
- Active LMHT licensure in Ohio or reciprocal state licensure
- Demonstrated experience conducting individual therapy
- Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic practices
- Ability to work independently and manage your practice
