About the Role
As a Medication Technician (CNA) with Liberty Health, you'll play a vital role in our residents' daily health and wellness. This full-time position combines direct patient care with medication support under nursing supervision, ensuring our residents receive safe, attentive, and dignified care.
What You'll Do
- Administer medications to residents under the direction of licensed nursing staff
- Record and process medication orders accurately and on schedule
- Receive and inventory medications, following all safety and compliance protocols
- Document medication administration and any resident responses or concerns
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including hygiene, grooming, and mobility
- Monitor and report residents' vital signs and general health status
- Maintain clean and comfortable living environments for our residents
- Collaborate with the nursing team to address resident needs and concerns
What We're Looking For
- Current CNA certification or equivalent healthcare credential
- Demonstrated experience in patient care or senior living environments
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy with medication handling
