What You'll Do

• Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate learning activities that engage children and encourage exploration and discovery
• Build positive relationships with each child and support their individual growth and learning styles
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
• Communicate regularly with families about children's progress, development, and experiences
• Collaborate with colleagues and leadership to maintain program quality and educational standards
• Support children's social-emotional development, independence, and self-confidence
