• Build positive relationships with children and families, communicating progress and collaborating on learning goals
• Implement classroom management practices that support positive behavior and inclusive participation
• Observe and assess children's development to inform instructional planning and identify support needs
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and leadership to ensure quality early education standards

What We're Looking For

• A valid state teaching license or early childhood education certification (or commitment to obtaining one)
• Experience working with young children in an educational or care setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with children, families, and colleagues
• A passion for early childhood education and child development
• Ability to maintain a patient, nurturing approach in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility and willingness to contribute to a supportive team culture
