As a Teacher at Campbell Rd Skyrise, you'll create a nurturing, developmentally appropriate environment where young learners thrive. Working directly with children, you'll design thoughtful activities that support cognitive, social, emotional, and physical growth. This full-time position offers meaningful daily impact in children's critical early years of education.

What You'll Do

• Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and lesson plans that support early childhood development and learning standards
• Establish a safe, welcoming classroom environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and positive peer interactions
• Observe and document children's progress, identifying individual needs and adapting teaching approaches accordingly
• Build warm relationships with children that foster confidence, resilience, and emotional well-being
• Communicate regularly with families about their child's growth, activities, and developmental milestones
• Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and fellow educators to maintain consistent care and learning practices
• Maintain classroom organization and follow all health, safety, and sanitation protocols

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent; early childhood education background is preferred
• Genuine passion for working with young children and commitment to their development and growth
• Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with children and families
• Team-oriented mindset and willingness to collaborate with colleagues
• Current CPR and First Aid certification (or ability to obtain)
• Ability to pass required background screening
