What You'll Do
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including oral evaluations and complete health history documentation
- Perform professional prophylaxis, scaling, and root planing procedures
- Apply preventive treatments including fluoride applications and dental sealants
- Take and process intraoral and extraoral radiographs following all safety and infection control standards
- Educate patients on effective home care practices and oral disease prevention strategies
- Provide chairside assistance during restorative and surgical procedures
- Maintain accurate, detailed clinical records and treatment notes
- Create a welcoming experience through clear communication and professional, compassionate care
What We're Looking For
- Current Kentucky Registered Dental Hygienist license (or ability to obtain licensure)
- Demonstrated experience as a dental hygienist in a clinical dental setting
- Strong clinical competencies, excellent attention to detail, and solid infection control practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A genuine team-player mindset and collaborative work style
- Professionalism, reliability, and a positive attitude toward patient care
