Position Summary
We are seeking a Business Transformation Manager to join our EY team in Charlotte. As a key member of the Wealth Management (WAM) division, you will drive strategic initiatives and lead transformation projects that enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in delivering complex business transformations.
