Based in Honolulu, you'll lead high-impact implementations and advisory engagements at the intersection of supply chain strategy and modern SAP technology.

Position Summary

This is a full-time Senior Manager-Consulting role focused on SAP production planning and Digital Manufacturing Cloud solutions. You'll partner with enterprise clients to architect, implement, and optimize their manufacturing operations using cutting-edge SAP technologies. Your expertise in production planning, coupled with deep consulting experience, positions you to influence both technology strategy and business outcomes for sophisticated manufacturing organizations navigating digital transformation.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead SAP production planning implementations and digital manufacturing cloud deployments for mid-market and enterprise clients
• Develop and execute manufacturing strategy consulting engagements, translating business objectives into technology roadmaps
• Serve as primary client advisor on production planning optimization, inventory strategy, and supply chain digitalization
• Build and mentor consulting teams delivering complex SAP solutions across manufacturing verticals
• Guide clients through digital transformation initiatives leveraging SAP's cloud manufacturing capabilities
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend best practices for manufacturing operations

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in SAP implementations, manufacturing consulting, or related enterprise technology roles
• Deep expertise in SAP production planning modules and Digital Manufacturing Cloud solutions
• Proven track record leading consulting engagements and managing client relationships at senior levels
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, supply chain processes, and production planning best practices
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex business requirements into technology solutions
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence both technical and C-suite audiences
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field preferred
