Solution Sales Executive – Business Transformation Management (BTM) – Corporate – Midwest

SAP is hiring a Solution Sales Executive specializing in Business Transformation Management (BTM) solutions for our Chicago, Cook County office. In this full-time role, you'll drive enterprise sales of SAP's business transformation offerings to mid-market and large corporate clients across the Midwest, building strategic relationships and guiding customers through complex, high-value digital transformation journeys.

About the Role

As a Solution Sales Executive focused on BTM, you'll own the complete sales cycle for business transformation initiatives. You'll work with C-suite and senior operations leaders to understand their organizational challenges, articulate how SAP's solutions create measurable business value, and close deals that transform how companies operate. This is a solution-selling role requiring both consultative depth and closing discipline in a competitive, fast-moving market.

What You'll Do

• Prospect and qualify enterprise clients seeking digital transformation and business optimization
• Conduct needs assessments and develop tailored solution approaches aligned with customer strategic goals
• Present SAP's BTM solutions and value propositions to stakeholder groups and decision-makers
• Navigate complex, multi-threaded sales cycles with extended deal timelines
• Collaborate with SAP's solutions engineering, implementation, and account management teams to ensure successful deal closure and transition
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline; forecast and meet quarterly revenue targets
• Develop market and industry expertise to identify emerging transformation trends and opportunities

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of enterprise software sales experience, ideally in ERP, business process, or digital transformation solutions
• Proven ability to sell complex, high-value solutions to large corporate accounts
• Deep knowledge of business transformation, operational excellence, and enterprise digital strategy
• Strong executive communication and consultative selling skills
• Track record of exceeding sales targets and managing multi-year relationships
• Enthusiasm for continuous learning and staying current with SAP technologies and market developments
