Role Overview
The WeLab Bank - Senior Product Manager, Wealth Management (Stock Trading) will set strategy and delivery for stock-trading experiences and adjacent wealth-management capabilities. Based on site in Quarry Bay, Hong Kong, you will balance customer insight, commercial goals and platform constraints while advancing Welab careers in a high-impact product domain. Success requires clear prioritisation and close partnership with technology, risk and customer-facing teams.
What You'll Do
- Shape multi-quarter roadmaps for stock-trading and wealth-management product surfaces
- Translate user research and market signals into prioritised feature requirements and success metrics
- Partner daily with engineering, design, compliance and marketing stakeholders to move ideas into production
- Own release planning, backlog hygiene and post-launch performance reviews for trading-related modules
- Define and track KPIs covering conversion, engagement, retention and regulatory quality
- Facilitate discovery workshops and communicate product decisions across leadership and delivery teams
- Continuously refine journeys for order placement, portfolio oversight and related wealth tools
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated senior product-management experience in wealth management, brokerage or stock-trading platforms
- Solid command of securities trading flows, investment product constructs and retail-user needs
- Evidence of shipping and iterating complex digital products in regulated environments
- Strength in data analysis, hypothesis testing and outcome-focused decision making
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and commercial audiences
- Ability to influence without authority and maintain clarity amid competing priorities
- Relevant degree or equivalent practical background that supports product leadership at this level
