SAP – Delivery Excellence – Deployment Manager – Location OPEN

EY is seeking a Deployment Manager to lead SAP implementation initiatives in New Brunswick, Middlesex County. In this full-time role, you'll architect and oversee the deployment of SAP solutions that drive operational transformation for enterprise clients across the nation.

Role Overview

As a Deployment Manager within Delivery Excellence, you'll take ownership of SAP projects from planning through go-live. You'll partner with EY's consulting teams and our clients to translate business requirements into scalable, high-impact system implementations. Your focus is ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery that maximizes client value and positions organizations to compete in a digitally driven market.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for SAP deployment engagements
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including consultants, technical architects, and quality assurance specialists
• Conduct regular stakeholder meetings to communicate progress, identify risks, and align on deliverables
• Oversee system configuration, testing, and cutover activities to ensure seamless go-live execution
• Lead post-implementation support and optimization recommendations to drive sustained client success
• Document project outcomes and lessons learned to strengthen delivery methodologies

Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing enterprise software implementations, with direct SAP project exposure
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex stakeholder relationships
• Strong command of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches)
• Working knowledge of SAP modules and system architecture
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferred
