The Opportunity
Ambitious and commercially savvy professionals with a proven track record in Finance Transformation are invited to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Manager, you will spearhead the reinvention of Finance practices for leading Fortune 500 clients. This role involves combining deep expertise in Financial Accounting & Analysis (F&A) with advanced knowledge in artificial intelligence and modern enterprise resource planning systems. You will drive deals from inception to completion while fostering long-term relationships with CFOs.
Responsibilities
- Leverage domain mastery in F&A to deliver innovative solutions that enhance client financial performance.
- Incorporate AI and agentic technologies into finance processes for improved efficiency and accuracy.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with CFOs, ensuring alignment on strategic objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of complex projects from origination through to successful implementation.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Finance Practitioner or similar role.
- Demonstrated expertise in Financial Accounting & Analysis (F&A).
- Fluency in artificial intelligence and agentic technologies.
- Experience with modern ERP ecosystems.
- Strong leadership skills, capable of managing cross-functional teams.
- A proven track record of delivering successful projects from inception to completion.
