The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly experienced Director Regional Planning Lead for our APAC Vision Care division in Singapore (nationwide) (nationwide). As the leader of regional planning efforts, you will play a critical role in shaping strategies and driving growth across multiple markets within Asia Pacific. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in strategic planning, market analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive regional planning strategies for APAC Vision Care markets.
- Leverage data-driven insights to inform product development, market entry, and expansion plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and R&D to ensure alignment on strategic objectives.
- Monitor and analyze regional market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
- Lead regional planning workshops and meetings to align team goals and drive project execution.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in strategic planning, preferably within the healthcare or vision care industry.
- Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and driving regional growth strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Tableau, etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate across different levels of the organization.
- A proven track record of delivering results-driven planning initiatives.
