Johnson & Johnson is hiring a full-time MTST Global Finance Representative Lead based in Minneapolis, Hennepin County — an on-site opportunity to drive financial reporting excellence within one of the world's most respected healthcare and MedTech organizations.

About the Role

This position sits within Johnson & Johnson's global finance function and serves as a lead resource for financial reporting operations, training coordination, and process integrity. You'll work cross-functionally to support accurate, timely financial data while mentoring team members and building organizational capability across the finance group.

What You'll Do

• Lead day-to-day global finance reporting activities, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal standards
• Coordinate and deliver training programs for finance representatives, documenting procedures and closing knowledge gaps
• Serve as the primary point of escalation for reporting issues, partnering with global stakeholders to resolve discrepancies quickly
• Monitor and continuously improve financial reporting workflows, identifying automation and efficiency opportunities
• Collaborate with regional finance teams, accounting, and business units to align on reporting timelines and deliverables
• Support audit readiness by maintaining organized, audit-trail-compliant documentation across reporting cycles
• Analyze financial data to surface insights and flag anomalies to leadership

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• Demonstrated experience in financial reporting, general ledger management, or a comparable global finance function
• Prior experience in a lead, senior, or training-focused finance role
• Strong working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP experience a plus) and financial reporting tools
• Excellent analytical skills with a high attention to detail and the ability to work under reporting deadlines
• Clear communicator capable of translating financial concepts for cross-functional, non-finance audiences
• Proven ability to design or facilitate training materials and knowledge-transfer sessions
• Comfortable working in a matrixed, global organization with multiple stakeholders
