About the Role

As a Non-CDL Truck Driver with CTDI Careers in Reunion, Osceola County, you will play a key part in keeping equipment and shipments moving safely and on schedule. Operating vehicles that fall below the commercial driver's license weight threshold, you will help connect our world-class operations with the customers and partners who depend on dependable, timely service.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicles to transport equipment, parts, and materials between facilities and delivery points
• Load and unload cargo carefully, confirming counts and condition against shipping documentation
• Plan and follow efficient routes to meet pickup and delivery commitments
• Conduct routine pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs
• Maintain accurate delivery records and communicate clearly with dispatch and warehouse teams
• Follow all federal, state, and company safety regulations while on the road and in the yard

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Prior experience driving non-CDL trucks, vans, or box trucks preferred
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as part of loading and unloading duties
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safe driving practices
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Authorized to work full-time on-site in Reunion, Osceola County (this role is not remote)
