Capgemini Invent – Managing Consultant – End-to-End Supply Chain Transformation

Capgemini Invent is hiring a Managing Consultant to lead end-to-end supply chain transformation in Atlanta, Fulton County. In this full-time position, you'll advise enterprise clients on comprehensive supply chain redesign, combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution to unlock operational excellence and competitive advantage.

About the Role

You'll act as a trusted transformation partner to senior client teams, guiding multi-year supply chain transformation initiatives from conception through realized impact. Your work spans strategy design, operating model redesign, technology integration, and organizational change—addressing complexity across procurement, logistics, manufacturing, and distribution networks. You'll lead client-side teams, manage stakeholder alignment across business units and geographies, and communicate high-stakes recommendations to C-suite executives.

What You'll Do

• Develop supply chain transformation strategies that align operations with business growth and cost reduction goals
• Conduct current-state diagnostics, root-cause analysis, and benchmark findings against industry best practices
• Design end-to-end transformation roadmaps with clear milestones, resource requirements, and business case justification
• Lead implementation workstreams, integrating process improvements, technology enablement, and capability building
• Manage complex stakeholder engagement, resolving conflicts and driving organizational commitment across functions
• Mentor and develop consulting teams supporting program delivery
• Deliver executive presentations synthesizing insights and progress against transformation objectives

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years in management consulting with at least 3 years leading supply chain or operations transformation programs
• Track record managing large, multi-year engagements across diverse industries and geographies
• Demonstrated expertise in supply chain strategy, digital transformation, process design, or organizational change
• Strong analytical capability with proven skill translating complex data into clear, actionable strategy
• Executive presence and communication skills—ability to influence senior leaders and motivate teams
• Project discipline with consistent delivery against scope, timeline, and budget
• MBA or equivalent advanced professional experience
