About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential legal technology organization that is building the future of professional services through advanced AI solutions. They are expanding rapidly across EMEA and need an experienced onboarding professional who can both design scalable curriculum and deliver exceptional facilitation experiences.

This is a dual-mandate role: you'll contribute to global onboarding program design while owning all EMEA facilitation. Our client needs someone who can think strategically about curriculum architecture while staying grounded in the live cohort experience. This position reports into a high-growth People function and will directly impact how hundreds of new hires experience their first days at a fast-scaling organization.

Responsibilities

Global Program and Curriculum Design (Contributing)

  • Translate onboarding content into structured curriculum with clear learning objectives, sequencing, and measurable outcomes
  • Develop facilitator playbooks and train-the-trainer materials to enable consistent delivery across new markets
  • Organize and implement onboarding materials within the learning management system
  • Design differentiated onboarding journeys for distinct populations including executive leadership and distributed hires
  • Build operational automations that strengthen program foundations and enable scale

EMEA Facilitation (Owning)

  • Own all EMEA onboarding facilitation, running orientation sessions for regional cohorts
  • Ensure every new hire feels welcomed and confident from day one
  • Provide the EMEA regional perspective into global program design, flagging where curriculum needs local adaptation for compliance, culture, time zones, or market maturity

Stakeholder Management and Continuous Improvement

  • Partner cross-functionally with Recruiting, Legal, Learning & Development, and Enablement teams
  • Create, iterate, and maintain core onboarding curriculum including orientation content, facilitator guides, and documentation
  • Collect and act on new-hire and facilitator feedback to close program gaps
  • Support EMEA-relevant onboarding automation and suggest system improvements

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • 2-4+ years in People Operations, Learning & Development, Enablement, Onboarding, or instructional design/facilitation, with demonstrated curriculum ownership beyond coordination
  • Hands-on instructional and curriculum design experience building learning content for global audiences grounded in adult learning principles
  • Comfort adapting learning materials into LMS modules
  • Strong stakeholder management with proven collaboration across Recruiting, Finance, Legal, People Ops, and Enablement functions
  • Confident, engaging facilitation skills able to lead sessions for diverse audiences including executives and large cohorts
  • Data-informed approach using feedback to drive continuous iteration
  • High attention to detail and strong follow-through in fast-paced startup environments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience launching or scaling onboarding programs in new markets or geographies
  • Train-the-trainer methodology expertise, including building facilitator guides and playbooks
  • Experience building operational automations
  • Prior startup or high-growth company experience
  • Exposure to global HR operations or multi-entity environments
  • HRIS experience (Workday or Deel strongly preferred) and comfort with onboarding workflows and systems
