Senior Product Designer – UI Focus (f/m/x)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a rapidly scaling mobile gaming company that is transforming how millions of users engage with consumer products. Our client operates multiple brands in one of the most competitive digital entertainment spaces, reaching over 25 million users globally. They're seeking a Senior Product Designer with exceptional UI craft to join their growing design team in Hamburg.

This is a hybrid role requiring office presence Tuesday through Thursday, with flexibility to work from home on Mondays and Fridays.

Responsibilities

• Own and design new features from initial concept through final handoff to engineering teams
• Create visually engaging, polished interfaces for a mobile-first B2C application used by millions
• Design illustrations, icons, and graphical assets that support product experiences
• Deliver production-ready specifications, prototypes, and documentation for development handoff
• Build and maintain the evolving design system, ensuring consistency across features
• Conduct design reviews to ensure implementations match intended designs
• Collaborate with UX research and data teams to evaluate and iterate on design solutions
• Gather feedback and continuously refine work based on user behavior and performance metrics

What We're Looking For

Required Experience:

• 5+ years working in product teams as a UI, UI/UX, or Product Designer
• Portfolio demonstrating outstanding mobile UI craft and visual design excellence
• Proven experience designing habit-forming, engaging consumer-facing interfaces
• Strong proficiency in Figma as your primary design tool

Technical Skills:

• Expertise in motion design, animation, and transitions for dynamic interfaces
• Advanced skills in creating illustrations, iconography, and visual assets
• Experience designing, shipping, and maintaining design systems at scale
• Knowledge of accessibility and usability principles
• Understanding of front-end technologies and implementation constraints
• Fluency in English; German is a plus

Highly Valued:

• Experience in gaming, marketing, or other B2C-heavy industries
• Multi-brand or white-label product experience with theming systems
• Brand identity design and documentation experience
• Copywriting skills including tone, voice, and messaging definition
