Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential agricultural organization in the vegetable production sector. Our client is seeking a Field Production Manager to join their team in Köthen (Anhalt) OT Arensdorf.

In this role, you will:

• Coordinate and organize all aspects of crop production operations
• Manage and maintain field crops throughout the growing cycle
• Plan and supervise planting, cultivation, and harvesting activities
• Provide technical guidance and leadership to field staff
• Coordinate workflow and task assignments within the team
• Operate and oversee modern agricultural machinery and digital farming solutions

What We're Looking For

Our ideal candidate brings:

• Completed qualification in agriculture, such as Landwirt (m/w/d), Landwirtschaftsmeister (m/w/d), Agrartechniker-Landbau (m/w/d), or equivalent
• Practical experience in crop production and field management
• Initial leadership experience and genuine enjoyment of working with people
• Strong sense of responsibility and autonomous work style
• Technical aptitude and confident use of modern agricultural equipment
• Valid driver's license (Class B and T)
