Our talent team is representing a confidential mobile gaming organization based in Hamburg. They operate a high-performing rewarded engagement platform serving millions of users globally. This Senior Product Manager role offers the opportunity to own critical product domains that directly impact user activation, retention, and business profitability in one of the most competitive consumer markets.

We're seeking a product leader who thrives on data-driven decision-making, experimentation at scale, and cross-functional collaboration. This is a hybrid position based in Hamburg, Germany, with office days Tuesday through Thursday.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product strategy for high-impact domains including reward economy mechanics, payout structures, tiering systems, and promotional levers that drive profitability
• Drive user lifecycle initiatives through onboarding optimization, retention mechanics, progression systems, and reactivation flows
• Evaluate new growth opportunities from hypothesis through go/no-go decision across product expansion, market development, and distribution channels
• Lead rigorous A/B testing processes including hypothesis definition, statistical design, results interpretation, and data-driven product decisions
• Partner with a dedicated Data Analyst to identify opportunities, validate assumptions, and continuously improve product performance metrics
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Commercial, User Acquisition, Customer Support, and leadership teams to align priorities and deliver impactful improvements
• Present product domain performance and strategic recommendations directly to executive leadership using data and customer insights

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in consumer-facing digital products, ideally mobile apps, gaming, marketplaces, subscriptions, ad-tech, or fintech
• Proven track record owning consumer products at scale (hundreds of thousands of monthly active users or more)
• Strong business acumen with ability to balance user needs, commercial objectives, and technical constraints
• Experience designing and calibrating incentive, reward, or progression mechanics that motivate users while maintaining healthy unit economics
• Extensive A/B testing experience with strong statistical thinking and evidence-based decision-making capabilities
• Data literacy and comfort working with product analytics and analyst partners to drive insights
• Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution including writing specifications, refining solutions, and driving delivery
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across product, engineering, design, analytics, marketing, and commercial teams
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving environments with evolving priorities
• Intellectual honesty and willingness to kill unsuccessful ideas based on data
• Must be eligible to work in Germany; this position requires hybrid work in Hamburg (office Tuesday-Thursday, remote Monday and Friday)
