Projektleiter TGA – Heizung / Sanitär (m/w/d) | 60.000 – 85.000 €

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential building systems organization in the Landshut area. In this role, you will manage heating and sanitary technical projects with volumes ranging from €150,000 to €3 million. You will be responsible for the technical and organizational execution of these projects from start to finish.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Leading the technical and organizational delivery of HVAC projects with a focus on heating and sanitary systems
• Providing technical leadership and coordinating installation teams of 3-10 skilled tradespeople on your projects
• Managing material and equipment procurement for your construction sites
• Conducting technical clarifications, reviewing execution plans, and maintaining direct communication with property owners and planning offices
• Overseeing project delivery within the Landshut to Munich regional area

What We're Looking For

Our client welcomes both entry-level candidates and experienced project leaders. The essential qualifications include:

• Completed vocational training as a Meister or Techniker in the heating/sanitary/climate sector, or a degree in building services engineering, facility technology, or technical building systems
• Recent graduates and career starters are explicitly encouraged to apply
• For experienced candidates: background as a project manager, site manager, or planner in heating and sanitary systems is advantageous
• Proficiency with MS Office programs and willingness to learn project calculation software (KWP)
• Strong teamwork and organizational skills
• Very good German language skills (C1 level)
• Valid Class B driver's license

Compensation and Benefits

This is a permanent, full-time position based in Landshut. The role offers a competitive salary package between €60,000 and €85,000 annually, along with a company vehicle and additional benefits.
