Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential communications technology organization based in Berlin, and our talent team is seeking a Software Testing Engineer to build a new testing framework from the ground up. This is a hybrid role requiring 2-3 days per week on-site in Berlin, with the remainder remote.

In this position, you will:

• Design and build a test framework in Python from scratch, with significant creative freedom and ownership over the architecture
• Develop and operate continuous testing pipelines
• Ensure robust software quality through both manual and automated testing approaches
• Establish testing standards and best practices for the organization

What We're Looking For

Our client needs someone with demonstrated experience in:

• Building test frameworks from the ground up
• Software testing and system testing methodologies
• Software development practices
• Creating comprehensive test plans and test cases
• Test automation implementation
• Python (required)
• German language proficiency for team collaboration
• C# (nice to have)
• Embedded C (nice to have)

Pay
