Werkstudent Finance (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential client in Hamburg seeking a working student to support their finance operations. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in accounting and finance-related processes while supporting the team with administrative and operational tasks.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Supporting the processing and follow-up of open items and recurring tasks
• Assisting with accounts payable/receivable work in the finance department and helping to clarify outstanding positions
• Processing complaints and insurance reductions with structured follow-up
• Communicating by phone and in writing with customers, insurance providers, and other contacts
• Documenting processing statuses and results completely, carefully, and transparently in company systems
• Supporting the team with additional administrative and operational tasks in daily operations

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled at a university or college
• Careful, structured, and reliable working style
• Comfortable clarifying issues independently and via telephone
• Ability to maintain overview when managing multiple open tasks
• Confident use of standard MS Office applications
• Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken (required)
