Your core responsibilities include:

  • End-to-end product development: Own the complete NPD process from initial concept through market launch, ensuring every product meets quality standards and market needs
  • Portfolio optimization: Continuously evaluate existing products for improvement opportunities, drive quality enhancements, and evolve the overall assortment strategy
  • Market and trend analysis: Analyze market data, competitive intelligence, and customer feedback to identify emerging trends and translate them into viable product innovations
  • Performance management: Monitor product KPIs including sales, revenue, and margins, deriving data-driven recommendations for current and future portfolio decisions
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Coordinate closely with internal teams (procurement, operations, brand, marketing, sales) and external partners including manufacturers, suppliers, and fragrance houses

What We're Looking For

  • Proven product management experience: Solid background in Product Management or New Product Development, ideally within a D2C brand, FMCG, or beauty environment

  • Trend awareness and customer focus: Genuine passion for beauty trends, intuition for consumer needs, and commitment to continuous product improvement
  • Analytical capabilities: Confident working with market and sales data (KPIs, revenue, volume metrics) and translating insights into actionable strategies
  • Stakeholder management: Experience coordinating external partners (suppliers, fragrance partners, manufacturers) and internal stakeholders across functions
  • Process and project strength: Structured, self-directed working style with strong hands-on mentality
  • Language skills: Excellent German and English, written and spoken
