Social Media Werkstudent (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential fintech organization seeking a Social Media Working Student to build engaging content across social platforms and support customer communication through newsletters. You'll work directly with experienced marketing professionals to create content that resonates with small and medium-sized businesses across Germany.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Creating high-impact social content including copy, graphics, and short-form video, with opportunities for on-camera appearances following a clear hook-story-CTA structure
• Identifying and scouting creators, influencers, and customer voices worth featuring based on reach, niche, and brand alignment
• Supporting event amplification by producing content before, during, and after events, and coordinating engagement-driving activities
• Maintaining social presence by monitoring competitor activity and managing community interactions
• Owning the customer newsletter from writing copy to building it in the CRM tool, coordinating with Growth, Product, and CRM teams to deliver on schedule

What We're Looking For

• Native-level German with strong English skills—you write copy that resonates with German SMEs and communicate comfortably in English
• Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or Communication with 1-2 years of study remaining
• Experience creating content both on camera and behind the scenes—you can write, design, and film authentic content
• Proven ability to coordinate across stakeholders and manage cross-team collaboration effectively
• Comfort with AI tools to accelerate content creation, research, and reporting

This position offers a dual scope: you'll split your time between social content creation and newsletter/CRM marketing, building both creative and cross-functional skills. You'll have direct ownership of work that reaches a large audience, gain cross-team exposure working with Growth, Product, and CRM teams, and develop on-camera experience if interested.

Location: Berlin (hybrid work available up to 2 days per week from home)
