About This Opportunity
Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential consultancy engaged with a prominent UK professional membership organization. We're seeking a Senior Scrum Master for a contract assignment running from ASAP through the end of December (approximately 3 months). This is a hybrid role based in London.
You'll be embedded within the client's technology function, leading a digital squad focused on establishing effective agile practices, strengthening delivery governance, and executing against their digital roadmap. A key focus area involves enhancing their CMS-based website infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies across the digital squad
- Establish and embed effective agile ways of working within the team
- Manage squad activities and delivery governance frameworks
- Drive delivery against the organization's digital roadmap
- Support website enhancement initiatives using enterprise CMS platforms
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement and communication across the programme
What We're Looking For
- Independent consultant status (outside IR35 preferred)
- Strong Scrum Master experience within digital or technology environments
- Confident facilitating agile delivery processes and governance structures
- Proven stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience working on website, CMS, or Sitecore-related programmes is highly advantageous
- Senior-level consulting experience
- Available for hybrid working in London
