Senior Product Manager

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential global technology platform in their search for a Senior Product Manager to drive AI-powered product innovation. Our client operates a fully remote model with team members across Canada and Europe, and they're looking for a customer-centric product leader who thrives on ownership and delivering measurable results.

In this role, you'll lead cross-functional teams to build and scale AI-driven products that expand service capabilities. You'll work at the intersection of product discovery and delivery, leveraging user research, data analytics, and collaboration to identify opportunities and launch high-impact solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead all aspects of an agile product team, including backlog management, prioritization, and cross-functional coordination with a focus on AI-driven capabilities
• Translate AI platform capabilities into customer-facing and internal product experiences that deliver measurable business value
• Define scope for new product features and ongoing improvements, writing and prioritizing user stories with clear acceptance criteria
• Break down complex problems using data, analytics, and user research to inform product direction and validate AI-driven solutions
• Track progress, assess risks, coordinate delivery, and communicate contingency plans across teams
• Conduct research and business analyses to assess opportunities and risks
• Take ownership of identifying and solving complex product challenges aligned with both short-term goals and long-term strategic initiatives
• Work cross-functionally to organize roadmaps, set OKRs, and launch features with high business impact
• Monitor and measure initiative success against company goals, continuously improving team processes

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in a technical discipline
• At least 5 years of proven software product management experience
• Demonstrated ability to lead products end-to-end from early discovery and zero-to-one development through launch, iteration, and scale
• Knowledge of AI product development processes and best practices
• Experience designing and launching AI-powered product features that improved engagement, efficiency, and measurable business outcomes
• Experience building intelligent workflows by connecting systems and automation tools to solve problems at scale
• Comfortable working with SQL or spreadsheets to analyze data and conducting research with users
• Strong expertise using data to make decisions with various tools and methodologies
• Ability to build wireframes and mockups with an aptitude for simplicity
• Meticulous attention to quality when writing user stories, reviewing designs, and testing features
• Experience using agile development methodologies with globally distributed teams
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, working directly with users, data, and teams to drive results
• Experience managing development and launch of mobile, desktop, and web applications is a plus
• Experience with third-party system integrations is a plus
