Senior Account Executive, Enterprise

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential technology organization seeking a Senior Account Executive, Enterprise based in Germany. Our client is a global leader in data infrastructure solutions, serving over 550,000 customers worldwide across enterprise and public sector markets.

This role focuses on developing and closing enterprise business within an assigned account portfolio, primarily through strategic partner collaboration. You'll be responsible for identifying opportunities, accelerating deals, and driving revenue growth in both private and public sector accounts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and close enterprise business opportunities within private and public sector accounts
• Leverage channel partners to identify and close sales with end customers
• Conduct outbound prospecting to develop new business across mid-market and enterprise segments
• Execute up-sell and cross-sell strategies within existing customer base
• Maintain accurate forecasts and opportunity details in CRM (Salesforce)
• Coordinate and participate in territory marketing activities
• Manage complex sales cycles with IT infrastructure decision-makers

What We're Looking For

• Proven enterprise sales experience with track record of new business development
• Experience selling through both channel and direct models
• Background selling to IT infrastructure specialists in private markets
• Experience with virtualization technology vendors is advantageous
• Self-starter with ability to learn quickly and work autonomously
• High-energy professional comfortable in fast-paced, dynamic environments
• Willingness to travel at least 50% of the time
• Current full driving license
• Business proficient language skills in German and English required
