Unser Mandant sucht ab sofort einen Werkstudenten (m/w/d) für Buchhaltung und Fuhrparkmanagement. Diese Position bietet dir die Möglichkeit, praktische Erfahrungen in Verwaltung und Flottenmanagement zu sammeln, während du dein Studium fortsetzt.
Verantwortlichkeiten
- Unterstützung bei der Organisation und Verwaltung des Fuhrparks
- Planung, Koordination und Überwachung von Inspektionen, Wartungen, Reparaturen und gesetzlichen Prüfungen (z. B. TÜV, AU)
- Koordination und Wahrnehmung von Terminen rund um die Fahrzeuge
- Verwaltung und Bearbeitung von Schadensfällen und Unfällen
- Kommunikation und Abstimmung mit Werkstätten, Leasinggesellschaften, Versicherungen und weiteren Dienstleistern
- Überwachung von Fristen sowie Dokumentation relevanter Fahrzeugunterlagen
- Unterstützung bei Fahrzeugübernahmen und -rückgaben
- Kontrolle und Verwaltung von Betriebskosten, beispielsweise für Kraftstoff, Wartung und Leasing
- Unterstützung in der Kreditoren- und Debitorenbuchhaltung sowie der Monatssteuer
- Erfassung und Prüfung von Geschäftsvorgängen
- Mithilfe bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen
- Unterstützung bei allgemeinen organisatorischen und administrativen Aufgaben

- Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit

- Gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office
- Führerschein Klasse B
