About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential e-commerce organization in Karlsruhe seeking a Working Student to support their Customer Care quality operations. This is an excellent entry point into customer operations for someone who enjoys structured, detail-oriented work and wants to understand how a high-quality support organization functions from the inside. You'll work within established procedures to help maintain service standards and contribute to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Review customer support cases against defined quality criteria and document findings for relevant teams
  • Maintain and update the internal knowledge base, ensuring agents have access to accurate and current information
  • Identify recurring patterns and questions from customer tickets to inform process improvements
  • Assist Customer Care and Complaint Management teams with structured tasks following established workflows
  • Coordinate with Training, Knowledge Management, and cross-functional colleagues to clarify questions and align documentation
  • Support initiatives that deliver consistent experiences for a global customer base

What We're Looking For

  • Currently enrolled as a student with availability to commit to a working student position for several months
  • Genuine interest in customer experience, operations, or quality assurance
  • Clear and precise communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Structured, reliable, and detail-oriented working style with strong attention to consistency
  • Comfortable learning new digital tools and ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk); prior experience helpful but not required
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities within clear guidelines
  • Curiosity and commitment to continuous improvement
  • No prior industry knowledge required—training will be provided

Nice to Have:

  • Exposure to e-commerce, marketplace, or fintech environments
  • Interest in quality assurance, documentation, or knowledge management
  • Experience creating or editing structured content such as help articles or process guides
