Werkstudent*in Pre-Sales / Inside Sales 20h – Wärmepumpen (m/w/d)

We are representing a confidential renewable energy organization expanding sustainable heating solutions across Germany. We are currently seeking a Working Student in Pre-Sales / Inside Sales (20h/week) to join their team in Heidelberg on a hybrid basis.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for prospective customers interested in renewable heating systems via telephone
• Conduct needs analysis and guide customers through the inquiry process
• Assess technical feasibility based on established criteria
• Schedule and coordinate appointments for field service teams
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in CRM system
• Support the sales pipeline through professional customer communication

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled student (e.g., Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Communications, Marketing, Psychology, or comparable)
• Excellent German language skills with strong verbal communication abilities
• Genuine enthusiasm for phone-based customer interaction and friendly demeanor
• Conscientious work approach and willingness to take responsibility in a dynamic team environment
• Availability for at least 12 months for a long-term collaboration
• Flexibility to work Saturdays and early/late shifts as needed
• No technical background required—comprehensive training will be provided
