Talent Acquisition & Sourcing Specialist (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential aerospace technology organization seeking a Talent Acquisition & Sourcing Specialist to join their team in Ulm, Baden-Württemberg, Germany.

In this role, you will own and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, working closely with hiring managers to identify and fill critical talent needs efficiently. Your core responsibilities include:

• Developing and executing comprehensive recruiting strategies, including evaluating talent pools, conducting active sourcing independently, and determining when to engage external recruitment partners
• Crafting targeted job postings and managing their distribution across appropriate channels
• Preparing, organizing, and conducting candidate selection interviews
• Providing timely feedback to candidates throughout the process, including delivering professional rejections when necessary
• Conducting offer negotiations and preparing final contract documentation in accordance with location-specific collective bargaining agreements or individual compensation frameworks
• Building and maintaining talent pipelines with regular outreach to potential candidates for long-term talent security
• Proactively developing search strategies and sourcing candidates through social networks and other online and offline channels
• Representing our client at recruitment events to attract new talent, expand professional networks, and strengthen the employer brand

What We're Looking For

Our ideal candidate brings:

• A completed degree in social sciences or a comparable field
• Initial professional experience in recruiting and active sourcing, either in-house or within a headhunter agency environment
• Strong knowledge of modern recruiting methodologies and tools
• Enthusiasm for applying AI-powered recruitment tools and a willingness to learn emerging technologies
• Excellent German language skills at C1 level (mandatory – the business language is German)
• Very good English language skills at C1 level
