Praktikum HR / Recruiting / Talent Acquisition (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential professional services organization in Leipzig that is seeking an HR / Recruiting / Talent Acquisition intern. In this hands-on role, you will:

• Gain practical experience in recruiting and talent acquisition processes
• Learn the complete recruitment cycle from job posting through pre-qualification
• Screen incoming applications, evaluate candidate profiles, and identify qualified candidates for further consideration
• Conduct initial phone interviews and participate in candidate conversations

What We're Looking For

Our client requires candidates who meet the following criteria:

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources Management, or a comparable field
• This must be a mandatory internship as part of your academic curriculum (Pflichtpraktikum)
• Genuine interest in recruiting, HR topics, and working with people
• Strong communication skills and confidence conducting phone interviews and conversations
• Structured, reliable work approach with willingness to take on responsibility quickly
• German language proficiency required for this role
