Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential digital services organization in Köln seeking a working student (20 hours/week) to support IT infrastructure planning and implementation. In this role, you will:
- Manage and optimize SaaS applications used throughout the organization
- Configure, install, and set up standard software and automation tools
- Document and design digital business processes
- Plan and implement new software and IT solutions for process optimization
- Connect standard solutions via APIs and automate data flows
- Develop and implement automations for daily tasks using tools like N8N, Make, Zapier, and Claude
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with existing processes and workflows
What We're Looking For
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business Informatics or comparable field (preferred but not required—self-taught knowledge is welcome)
- Strong interest in automation, SaaS solutions, and digital workflows
- Ability to follow existing processes and independently optimize them
- Quick learner with high self-discipline
- Comfortable working under pressure in a dynamic environment
- Team player who enjoys interdisciplinary collaboration
- Excellent written German communication skills with attention to detail
- Prior knowledge of online marketing, agency work, or consulting is a plus but not required
- Familiarity with automation platforms and modern workflow tools
