Systems Analyst

About This Opportunity

We are representing a rapidly growing management consulting firm that partners with Fortune 500 and multinational organizations across all sectors to achieve performance excellence through strategic implementation and operational improvement. Our talent team is seeking a Systems Analyst to join this confidential client's expanding practice.

Location: United States
Travel: Up to 10% for client engagements
Citizenship Requirement: Must be a US Citizen or hold Green Card status

Responsibilities

In this role, you will shape client strategy, drive product development initiatives, and deliver actionable insights through analytical research. Your key responsibilities include:

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats for client organizations
• Support strategic planning by analyzing industry benchmarks, customer needs, and emerging technologies
• Translate strategic goals into actionable business requirements and performance metrics
• Collaborate with product managers and technical teams to define product features, roadmaps, and user stories
• Analyze usage data and feedback to inform product enhancements and innovation strategies
• Support development of tracking and monitoring platforms using PowerApps, SharePoint, and Power BI
• Collect, validate, and analyze financial, operational, and customer data to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, and visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and Excel
• Prepare and present reports to stakeholders, translating complex data into clear strategic insights
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops, lessons-learned sessions, and strategic alignment meetings
• Serve as liaison between business units, technical teams, and clients to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables
• Support change management and adoption of new processes and tools

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field; Master's preferred
• 1–3 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, product development, or strategy
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in market research and strategic planning
• Proficiency in data visualization and analytics tools including Power BI, Tableau, and SQL
• Familiarity with Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement methodologies
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
• Ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
• US Citizenship or Green Card required
