Business Unit Head – Thailand

Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential fintech organization expanding their operations in Southeast Asia. We're seeking an exceptional Business Unit Head to build and lead a market from the ground up in Thailand.

This is a high-impact operating role where you'll own the complete business—from P&L to product strategy to team building. You'll have the autonomy to identify opportunities, decide what to build, and drive execution from concept through to profitability. This position requires someone who thrives on ownership and can move fluidly between strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end P&L, business strategy, performance targets, and overall business results
• Identify customer needs and commercial opportunities in the Thailand market
• Define product roadmap and prioritize features based on market demand and business impact
• Collaborate directly with product, engineering, and design teams to build and launch solutions
• Build and lead a high-performing team—recruit talent, set clear objectives, and manage performance
• Drive user acquisition, engagement, revenue growth, and path to profitability
• Establish partnerships and operational frameworks required to launch and scale the business
• Make rapid decisions, solve problems directly, and maintain accountability from ideation through execution

What We're Looking For

• Proven track record building, launching, or scaling a product, business, or business unit
• Direct experience owning P&L, revenue targets, growth metrics, or other measurable business outcomes
• Strong product instincts and commercial judgment
• Ability to work effectively across product, engineering, operations, and commercial functions
• Experience building and leading high-performing teams
• Hands-on operating style—comfortable moving between strategic planning and detailed execution
• Strong sense of ownership, bias for speed, and ability to thrive in ambiguous environments
• Background in fintech, consumer technology, or AI is a plus
