Affiliate & Partnerships Manager

About This Opportunity

We are representing a fast-growing subscription grocery organization expanding across North America. Our client has built one of the most efficient acquisition channels in their category through affiliate and creator partnerships, and they're now scaling aggressively into new markets.

This is a revenue-accountable role for someone who has built this function from the ground up. You'll own the entire channel: the numbers, the economics, the creator relationships, the content pipeline, and the offline activations that support growth. This is a player-coach position in a lean environment where strategy and execution happen side by side.

Responsibilities

• Own affiliate revenue as an accountable number, including CPA discipline, payback period, and LTV targets
• Manage unit economics on contribution margin and LTV:CAC; shift spend based on cohort retention behavior
• Lead multi-market go-to-market strategy across three regions, with heavy focus on TikTok and TikTok Shop for US market entry
• Build and manage creator roster lifecycle from customer to ambassador to top-tier affiliate; own onboarding throughput
• Develop creative pipeline and whitelisting strategy that feeds paid social and drives blended CAC improvements
• Execute product seeding and cross-sell strategies using creators to drive adoption of complementary SKUs
• Plan and run offline activations including sampling events, farmers markets, festivals, pop-ups, creator trips, and creator-house programming
• Design and test compensation models across commission, flat fee, guarantees, and tiered structures that scale profitably
• Manage attribution stack and run incrementality tests; communicate channel performance with nuance
• Lead and coach a small affiliate team while carrying direct execution workload
• Deliver weekly and bi-weekly reporting with clear insights and recommendations to leadership
• Manage top-performer relationships and concentration risk actively

What We're Looking For

• 5–7 years in affiliate, influencer, or partnerships marketing with direct revenue ownership; DTC or e-commerce CPG background preferred
• Proven experience building or rebuilding an affiliate program with measurable before-and-after results
• Strong fluency in growth metrics: CAC, blended CAC, LTV, LTV:CAC, payback period, contribution margin, cohort retention
• New-market launch experience; US launch and TikTok Shop strategy expertise strongly preferred
• Hands-on experience running offline activations, creator trips, and events with conversion impact
• Track record using creators to seed or grow secondary products without cannibalizing core offerings
• People leadership experience managing or mentoring marketers through reporting and reliability challenges
• Excellent stakeholder communication; able to turn data into clear, defensible recommendations for leadership
• Platform fluency with tools like Upfluence, AWIN, Impact, Roster, Triple Whale or equivalents
• Operator mindset: owns commitments end to end, flags risk early, willing to stop underperforming initiatives
• Comfortable integrating AI and automation into workflows
