Customer Engagement Manager – Gris (Danmark)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential life sciences organization seeking a Customer Engagement Manager - Swine to support their operations in Denmark. This is a remote, full-time position based in Denmark, working closely with veterinarians and livestock producers across the country.

Our client is focused on preventive animal health solutions and seeks a veterinary professional who can combine clinical expertise with commercial awareness to build trusted relationships in the Danish swine industry.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop strong partnerships with Danish swine veterinarians and key industry stakeholders
• Support veterinarians in farm settings through diagnostic assistance and problem-solving consultation
• Train farm staff on optimal vaccination protocols and implementation
• Translate scientific research and data analysis into practical, value-creating solutions for customers
• Participate in collaborative projects with veterinarians and industry partners
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams including livestock, marketing, and technology solutions departments
• Contribute directly to sales objectives and strategic planning for swine health initiatives in Denmark
• Represent the organization at industry events and professional gatherings

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• Veterinary medicine degree (licensed veterinarian)
• Fluent Danish and English (written and spoken)
• Strong knowledge of Danish swine production systems
• Practical experience in the swine industry, veterinary practice, advisory services, or similar customer-facing role
• Commercial mindset combined with collaborative approach and motivation to achieve business results
• Proactive, self-directed work style with strong team orientation
• Scientific understanding and familiarity with relevant swine disease areas
• High personal engagement, initiative, and results focus
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Structured, data-driven approach with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Valid driver's license
