About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential healthtech organization in their search for a Pre-Sales professional based in Paris, France. Our client is transforming how healthcare services are delivered through an integrated platform that serves over one million members across multiple European markets.

This role supports enterprise and public sector sales by providing deep technical expertise, managing complex RFP processes, and ensuring seamless alignment between prospect needs and platform capabilities. You'll be instrumental in acquiring large accounts and setting them up for long-term success.

Given the need for onsite customer engagement, you must be based in Paris or the Île-de-France region, or within a 2-hour door-to-door distance with flexibility to travel to Paris on short notice for customer meetings.

Responsibilities

• Master the platform and enable the sales team with insights, expertise, and relevant tools
• Listen to and understand prospects' needs, working internally to identify how best to address them
• Build thorough understanding of prospects and assess functional alignment with platform capabilities
• Participate in RFP submissions, building comprehensive responses in collaboration with sales, insurance, and product experts
• Join the customer acquisition journey to evangelize services and products
• Act as voice of the customer, feeding insights into the platform roadmap
• Prepare handover documentation for smooth customer onboarding
• Coordinate the most complex customer onboardings leveraging your unique knowledge of customer requirements and specificities
• Actively participate in developing and refining the pre-sales function to maximize sales team success

What We're Looking For

• 6+ years of experience working in a SaaS environment, including at least 3 years in a Pre-Sales, Sales Engineering, or Solution Consultant role
• Extensive experience in end-to-end procurement projects (buyer or supplier side) with involvement in RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs
• Talent for quickly identifying the root cause of customer concerns through active listening and requirements elicitation
• Assertiveness and ability to handle objections in complex environments
• Skill in pitching products with transparency without overselling capabilities
• Ability to break down complex issues, identify product gaps, and define optimal solutions
• Experience with high-level stakeholder management
• Excellence at prioritizing tasks while meeting commitments
• Strong teamwork orientation with eagerness to learn and grow
• Fluency in both French and English

Bonus qualifications:

• Experience in the French Public Sector
• Experience with HRIS ecosystems and Payroll solutions
• Experience with insurance or health platforms
